We grew out of Prestige Estate Sales. Now we serve Denver families on our own — one house at a time.

    Walk the house

    We come see it. You tell us the timeline, who else is involved, and what cannot be sold. The first visit is a look, not a contract.

  2. 02

    Sort and price

    What has a market gets a real price. What is sentimental stays in your hands. We agree the plan, and the split, before anything moves.

  3. 03

    Sale day

    We manage shoppers, questions, and checkout. You do not have to stand at the door unless you want to.

  4. 04

    A clear close

    You get a straightforward accounting. What did not sell can stay with us on consignment, or be donated or hauled, the way we agreed.

If you already know the house needs a sale, a clean-out, or a slower downsizing, say so. If you do not, that is fine too.
