In-person estate sales

We stage the rooms, price what people will actually pay, and run sale day so you are not hosting a crowd alone.

Clean-outs

Sometimes a sale is not the right fit. Sometimes the sale is over and the rest still has to go. We clear it without a mystery pile left in the garage.

Downsizing

Moving to less space is not the same job as emptying a house after someone is gone. We go slower, and we start with what the person is keeping.

Consignment

Some pieces miss their buyer on sale day and are still worth more than a donation receipt. If you are not ready to let them go, we keep them and keep trying to sell them.
